EVERYONE has a story.

Joyce Wasser

founder of

Humans of Pittsburgh

Joyce is an artist, photographer and founder of the Facebook page "Humans of Pittsburgh". We met up because I was being featured on her page for my podcast and I thought it would be fun to record and do a double interview. It turns out, we both come from small towns, not too far away from each other. We discuss our childhood, family dynamic and relationships, experiences in high school, drugs & addiction, dealing with depression and how not being socialized at an early age can make for a very awkward adult life. There was little to no editing for this episode. I ultimately decided to keep all the pauses between conversation to give the listener an idea of how the conversation comes together. Joyce and I both meet strangers to interview and I wanted you to get a feel for how the experience goes. Please check out some of the links to find out more about Joyce & Humans of Pittsburgh. Thanks for listening and don't forget to rate & review in the iTunes store!

Humans of Pittsburgh

Scott O'Neil is the creator of the

Millions of Media Monkeys

Blog

Scott & I became friends through our local punk scene as kids. We reconnected to promote his new blog and shoot the shit. Everything from retail jobs with shitty customers to the seedy underbelly of driving truck for a living. Scott is an excellent story teller and does a great job of portraying the truck stop prostitutes, ridiculous driving schedule and the disturbing way animals are transported for our consumption. This episode starts in as we are discussing the shooting of Marilyn Peterson in Oil City, almost a year ago exactly. A 68 year old disabled woman who was killed by police. This story is going to blow you away. Scott recounts the story and his role in bringing awareness to this situation, along with some other horrifiying stories about the local police department. This is a highly entertaining episode that I know you will love. Look for part 2 going up next week!

Moore Than You Can Chew  the podcast.

This podcast is my connection to humanity through story telling. I have battled addiction,

self abuse, and made a million mistakes throughout my existence. I have deep-rooted issues

and walls that may never crumble, but I think our story is our legacy. This podcast is raw,

emotional and encompasses all that I am; a flawed human being searching for connection

through vulnerability. It doesn't get any more real than this.

Here is the second half of my conversation with Scott. We talk more about his blog, Millions of Media Monkeys, our disdain for Twitter and how gaming has changed over the years. Scott also has entertaining party stories and an interesting experience he had with Nitrous. We also talk religion. Scott has some great insight into Mormonism and the effects organized religion has on our society. We wrap up talking about Atheism and what it means in his life. Huge thanks to Scott for this great conversation and be sure to check out his blog and the Facebook page. PLEASE rate & review this podcast in the iTunes store and we'll see you next week with a brand new episode!

Nick Romeo & I met up to talk about his bands (Surviving the Odyssey, The Simulation Hypothesis & The Odd Endeavor) photography, recycled art and the importance of having a creative outlet. We also discuss my stereotype of Electronic music being part of the rave/drug scene, what it's like living life as an artistic loner, trying to deal with criticism and the importance of failure. Nick was extremely open and candid in this interview as we discussed our views on marriage, kids, being empathetic people, what's important in relationships and how to feel fulfilled in your life. Part 1 wraps up with Nick opening up about his wife's life-threatening illness and what he went through emotionally. Huge thanks to Nick for being so open & honest during this interview. Look for part 2 next week!

A Streetcar Named Desiree

Vintage Episode

September 13, 2014

Desiree Gonzalez joined me in the studio about a year ago and we talked body issues, our first blow job experiences (do you actually...blow??), the madness of hormones, some of the craziest porn videos, comics and SO MUCH MORE! Des is an amazing guest. Charming, witty, hilarious, she's the total package and always makes the conversation a great experience.

Cringeworthy Side Splitters

October 8, 2014

In this

episode I am joined by Ryan McCormick (host of "A Fireside Chat"), Ian Sharpley (McSoss), Jason "Duffy" Santopietro and Dom Yosi as we discuss Black Friday, raunchy female comedy, rape culture and many hilarious stories about coming for the first time. All I can say, is there is a fantastic "beer bottle story" along with a story you CANNOT MISS from Ryan McCormick involving garbage bags. I've already said too much! Enjoy the show!

Ghosts.

October 19, 2014

In this episode I talk to you about my experience with abortion, drugs and how never getting closure will haunt you forever. There is no crying in this episode, just real talk about the things I have experienced to help people try to relate. If you want to better understand these issues, but have never experienced them, this is your episode. Thanks for listening.
